Born in the beautiful month of May, I am a triple Gemini, that loves helping people.

I have been a traditional midwife for over 40 years, a doula trainer since 2002, where I created the first doula training program specifically for Black women, and organized annual Black Midwives and Healers Conferences.

I am herbalist, and a postpartum nutritionist advocate and chef.

My hobbies are reading, writing,

walking and cooking for family and friends.
