Hi everyone! My name is Nardia. At home, I’m a busy wife and mom to four amazing kids—three boys and one girl!

Professionally, I’ve worked as a holistic chef and wellness partner, blending my background as a Le Cordon Bleu chef, health coach, and former medical assistant. Living in Jamaica as a stay-at-home mom for the past six years, I experienced firsthand the profound importance of having a village.

Those years sparked my deep passion for women’s health and “mothering the mother.” I love helping women thrive through nourishment and holistic care. Now back in America, I’m ready to be there for women during their most sensitive times, and I look forward to expanding my knowledge in women’s care alongside all of you!
