I am currently living in Minnesota with my daughter, partner and cat. I have been a stay at home mom for two years. I have a business called Heal Thy Self, I sell fresh-pressed juice, body butter, hair/skin oil, and other wellness products. I have had a passion for wellness and healing since a teenager, always on the hunt for truth and life. I very much believe we can find healing in food, herbs, community, knowledge, tears, movement and love.

My favorite activities include being in nature, cooking, reading, growing vegetables/herbs, dancing, singing, connecting and conversing with people, and talking to/listening to God. I love to travel and constantly am reminded that this ‘great nation’ is lacking what a lot of other countries seem to have – harmony, safety, joy and peace for its people.

I hold a degree in Integrative Health Care and I am a certified Early Childhood Educator. Before becoming a mother, I was a nanny for over a decade. I love children and after having a child myself, I realize to fully support a child, we must support the root of their love – the mother. Once you become a mother you are changed forever and I hope I can contribute to improving maternal outcomes and to have the honor of protecting this sacred journey for many women.
