Thank you for sharing. This graph was astonishing that the infant mortality rates for African Americans is not double, not triple but QUADRUPLE the rate of its white counterpart in RECENT years. This is evidence enough to bring back and restore lay midwives. The system has failed and needs to be rebuilt.
