This training is designed to honor the legacy of the 20th-century African American midwife, who practiced full-circle reproductive health and family care. Our goal is for you to graduate with the skills and confidence necessary to support families both prenatally and postpartum, rooted in the legacy of our esteemed midwives. This means providing holistic, culturally competent care.
