</div><div>Dad helped prepare everything for the home birth and caught the baby. In Mama Shafias words:</div><div>”Go get the baby.”</div><div>
</div><div>She was able to determine she was in labor by drinking warm water and using the restroom as recommended by a friend and if she was still havinh contractions she was actually in labor.</div><div>
</div><div>The hot compress that Rina was provided was applied to her vaginal/pubic area to assist afterbirth.</div>This is what I understood from module 4 topic 12
