    For me: Change of clothes, Hygiene items, snacks, notebook, charger

    For mom: chapstick, birthing comb, hand pump, fan, chapstick, birthing ball, if it’s a schedule cesarean I bring my own gear (just in case)

    I have a different bag I carry to prenatal appointments versus births. My snacks need to be restocked 😂
